The project consists of six terraced houses. Each building is developed on two levels by following the slope of the existing terrain, providing optimal views and a very high level of privacy to all housing units.

The units ensure the client with maximum energy performances and a high technological level, considering people’s well-being at the forefront. The large windows and geometry of the villas closely relate the interior spaces to the outdoor.

All villas have outdoor spaces designed in detail with green concept, while common open spaces will be developed by a specialized landscape designer to create experiential pathways, relaxation and plays areas to increase the livability and well-being of the spaces in all seasons of the year.
