In these markets we select, analyze, design and develop high-potential real estate opportunities for private investors and end users.
In the other locations we are in the process of scouting, analysing trends and growth potential. In this perspective, we aim to develop a widespread structure, ready to invest the moment a concrete opportunity arises.
BeSpace was created as a work and collaboration space dedicated to the world of architecture and design with the aim of connecting business excellence and design professionals.
From the meeting with professionals with decades of experience in the real estate sector, a collaboration was born that led to the creation of a new company in the real estate sector.
By combining the design part and the partner companies with real estate, the company’s vision is expanded and the two companies are dedicated to the development and promotion of real estate projects both on Swiss territory and at an international level, including Cape Verde, Dubai and Fuerteventura.
The companies converge under a single management entity, giving rise to BeSpace Group.
