The project is located in Ponte Tresa, Malcantone, on the southern slope of the Rocchetta Hill, bordering the Italian pass overlooking Lake Lugano.
Ponte Tresa offers all major services for daily living and enjoys proximity from the municipalities of Lugano and Varese.
The project consists in a building with a total of six housing units. The building has been designed on three levels above ground following the slope of the land.
From the construction point of view, the project was developed with a strong focus on bioclimatic and sustainability by including innovative technological elements aimed to create maximum living comfort and environmental quality.
Internally, the rooms are divided on the various floors and house the following functions: living area and kitchen, 1/3 bedrooms, 1/2 bathrooms and laundry area. The two units located on the highest floor also have a private terrace.
