Project location.

The Patio Houses project is located in Pura (Via Logh), a charming village of approximately 1,400 residents, just 10 kilometres from Lugano and 33 kilometres
from Bellinzona.

The municipality offers all the main services for everyday life and enjoys the proximity to the lake shores. The area is inserted in a low-density urbanised context, made up of single or terraced residences.

The units are scheduled to be delivered in spring/summer 2025.

Project description.

The project consists of four building units. Each building is designed on two levels above ground, following the slope of the land. In construction terms, the project has been developed with a strong focus on bioclimatic and sustainability, including innovative and technological elements in order to create the maximum living comfort and environmental quality.

Internally, the units have a living room and kitchen area, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a laundry area and 2 parking spaces. Each unit also has an outdoor patio with a private garden and two terraces, one on the first floor and another accessible by a spiral staircase.
