Aria Retreat & Spa is a five-star luxury hotel overlooking the Italian side of Lake Lugano. It stands out on the design front for its low environmental impact and for the use of particularly refined and innovative technologies and materials. These include Lapitec sintered stone, a 100% natural material, which is used here for the ventilated facade project, for the roof of the building and for the horizontal and vertical surfaces of external terraces and some internal common areas.

From ventilated facades to roofs and flooring, to the bathroom, bathtub, kitchen and furnishing accessories. In this villa with a streamlined elegance, sintered stone reaches its maximum expression.

Architect Giorgio Parise’s project involves the use of natural materials, sustainable energy solutions and a close connection between the interior and the external environment.

Thus, along the facades of the villa, natural materials are found whose combination gives an unprecedented aesthetic: the sintered stone, here combined with wood and trachyte, is the result of a mixture of 100% natural minerals.
