BeSpace’s main offices are currently located in Switzerland (Lugano), the United Arab Emirates (Dubai) and Boa Vista (Cape Verde).
In these markets we select, analyze, design and develop high-potential real estate opportunities for private investors and end users.
In the other locations we are in the process of scouting, analysing trends and growth potential. In this perspective, we aim to develop a widespread structure, ready to invest the moment a concrete opportunity arises.
BeSpace was created as a work and collaboration space dedicated to the world of architecture and design.
From an encounter with professionals in the real estate sector, a collaboration is born leading to the creation of a new division in Real Estate.
By combining design and partner companies with Real Estate, the company’s vision is expanded and the two divisions are dedicated to the development and promotion of real estate projects both in Switzerland and internationally, including Cape Verde and Dubai.
BeSpace continues its development with the start of construction work on “Patio Houses” in Pura and a new residential project in Cassarate, as well as the renovation of flats in Brissago.
Internationally, the company expands its presence with two new offices in Cape Verde and Dubai.
BeSpace starts the “Residenza Le Terrazze” project in Agra (Switzerland) and “Perola da Cruz” in Sal Rei (Cape Verde).
The construction sites in Cassarate and Brissago are completed.
The construction sites of “Patio Houses” in Pura and ‘Perola da Cruz’ in Cape Verde are completed.
BeSpace obtains building permits for “Essentia Village” and “Black Box”.
The building site for “Tropical Retreat” and the development of the first villa renovation on Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, begin.
