The famous Milanese architect and designer was the star of this evening that focused on the presentation of important projects of his studio.

From urban design to hospitality, from luxury homes to the regeneration of cities, all realised with a constant dialogue between the design of indoor spaces and the outdoor context: this was the main theme of the ArchiNight event held on 11 July at BeSpace, entitled “Innovation and Design: the creative regeneration of outdoor spaces. Interior and exterior as dialoguing spaces”.

The architect Marco Piva, founder of the Milan architecture studio (with offices also in Shanghai) was interviewed by Giorgio Tartaro, journalist and TV presenter.

The event, in collaboration with Corradi Outdoor Living Space, gave the opportunity to look back over the most important works of the Marco Piva Studio, a reality famous for its prestigious collaborations and multi-awarded at an international level, and also to understand the background of several projects that aim at keeping alive the confrontation between indoor and outdoor, also exploiting the ‘Green Wave’ concept developed by the Milanese archistar himself.

‘We have attracted professionals from all continents to the studio,’ said the architect proudly, ’This continuous exchange brings a richness of ideas. I have met architects from China, Lebanon, Brazil, just to name a few, who are not only very well prepared on a technical level, but guarantee added value from a cultural point of view because they bring to us the experience of the architecture of their respective countries’.
