Essentia Village is the new project BeSpace in collaboration with Architect Michele Perlini, who is specializes in sustainable architecture and has won multiple awards for the quality of his work.
What’s Essentia Village?
Essentia Village is a village overlooking Lake Lugano, consisting of four complexes (Villa Eden, Villa Lugano Lake and Villa Solaris (01 and 02) divided into seven residential units.
It’s a construction project built according to the sustainability with a stunning panoramic view.
The residential units enjoy green areas, swimming pool and solarium area, all defined by clean, sober, and elegant lines.
Choosing sustainable construction
Stone, wood, water and light are the elements that characterize Essentia Village, and which bring man’s work closer to nature by harmoniously blending it into the landscape.
Nothing is left to chance: large windows, open spaces and terraces. This is the mission of sustainable architecture: to make sure that the designed buildings have lowest environmental impact from every point of view. We are therefore talking about energy impact, aesthetics, materials and construction techniques used, without forgetting the increase in quality of life.

The four complexes
The four complexes host each a single dwelling unit, while Villa Solaire 01 and 02 are divided into three and two dwellings, respectively. Each dwelling, with ground floor and second floor, has a square footage between 185 and 200 square meters.
As a welcome at the entrance, we find a large and bright open space that includes the living room and kitchen, bordered by glass windows with panoramic views of the lake. Outside, always visible from the ground floor, is the patio, including a sunbathing area and swimming pool. At the rear of the building, however, a large double garage and storage space.
Going up to the second floor we find the sleeping area. Two rooms can be converted into a study, gym or accommodate guest rooms or little ones, while the master bedroom overlooks the lake and has a walk-in closet and a comfortable and luxurious private bathroom. There is also a second bathroom, and the last room is used as a laundry area.
Also there is a terrace due to enjoying the beauty of the view and protecting the façade from energy loss. As we said, nothing is left to chance, and aesthetics works in the service of functionality.
