Nestled in the forests of Tarvisio (UD), Il Pino is a treehouse designed to seamlessly blend into its natural surroundings. The structure rises vertically with three stacked volumes, inspired by the shape of a spruce tree, creating a unique living experience: a sheltered space at the base, a direct connection with the foliage in the middle, and an open view above the treetops.

The interior follows the same philosophy of simplicity and harmony with nature. In the bathroom, the Equilibrium washbasin and Wunder sanitaryware in Verde Pino finish echo the colors of the surrounding landscape, creating a balance between materials and environment.

Villa Arcobaleno, located 8 km from Rovinj, is a perfect example of design that blends nature, luxury, and authenticity. Designed by architect Ivan Brozina in collaboration with interior designers Meta Žebre and Danaja Vastič from Studio Dialog, the villa seamlessly integrates with its surrounding landscape, using natural materials such as wood, stone, and the characteristic Istrian red soil.

The villa features open-plan spaces with large windows that open up to a 16-meter heated pool, creating a smooth connection between the interior and exterior. In the bathrooms, the Equilibrium collection, the Feeling bathtub by Alice Ceramica, the Unica washbasin, and the Unica suspended WC stand out, offering elegance and functionality.

The villa, located to the north of Rimini, was built in the early 1900s in the Liberty style, typical of the Romagna Riviera. The villa, sold in 1939 to a Milanese family, retains its original external features and reflects the influence of tourism that began to develop in the city from the 1800s. The renovation work preserved the historical charm of the building while enhancing it with contemporary elements. A distinctive feature of this renovation is the Hide sink by Alice Ceramica, placed in a niche visible from the living room. The sink, designed as a fountain and enriched with a mosaic of seashells, evokes the local water sources, such as “e Surciòun,” a spring that flows into the sea. The existing bathroom has also been reimagined with modern finishes, using glossy tiles and resin in harmony with the historical aesthetic, creating an elegant and functional space.
