The project is located at the municipality of Brissago, along the main road that runs along the west shore of Lake Maggiore. The lot is located close to the lake, the building clearly visible along the road, and the area is accessible via a public parking lot.
Brissago has always been a tourist attraction thanks to its proximity to the lake and for a wide variety of leisure activities: from hiking to boat trips, from tennis to swimming, from sports activities to more relaxing ones.
The project consists in the renovation of the historic Hotel Sole in Brissago. The goal is to enhance it through a sustainable intervention with the use of innovative technological elements.
The purpose is to create a new landmark on the Lake Maggiore and a high-performance building capable of being totally energy self-sufficient.
Internally, the project consists of No. 17 apartments and the enhancement of new common-use spaces. All apartaments face the lake or the private garden area, and both indoor and outdoor spaces have been designed to create maximum comfort.
The units are delivered complete with interior finishes, bathrooms and kitchen as per the terms of the contract.
